Terms & Conditions:

1. This promotion is for New Sign-ups only, it is valid for sign-up from 8th Nov – 31st Dec 2021.
2. Free Top Up Gas, Free Checking and 50% Off for Chemical Wash is subject to 3 Times Servicing Annual Contract Only.

3. ‘Transferable Contract’ is for New Sign-ups, it can be transferred to residential property only. Any extra fan coil that needs to be serviced is chargeable at $30 per unit.

   i.e. Contract for a system 2 can be used on a system 3, but only 2 indoor aircon fan-coils will be serviced, an additional unit will be charged at $30.

4. Transferable is based on per service trip basis instead of per fan-coil, it cannot be broken down into more trips. Under-utilized fan coils WILL NOT be allowed to be brought forward.

   i.e. Contract for a system 4 can be used to service a system 2. The remaining 2 fan coils are NOT able to be brought forward for future use.
